Use of Service
By using Obfona, you agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly. You may not use the platform for abuse, fraud, harassment, malware distribution, or any activity that puts other users or infrastructure at risk.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for protecting your access key and any credentials associated with your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support as soon as possible so we can help secure access.
Acceptable Content
You retain ownership of your content, but you must not use Obfona to distribute illegal material, spam, or content that violates applicable law. We may investigate abuse reports and take proportionate action to keep the service safe.
Billing and Plans
Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle shown at checkout unless canceled beforehand. Refund handling, plan changes, and billing questions are managed through support and follow the terms attached to the relevant plan.
Availability
We work to keep Obfona reliable and secure, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, security updates, or events outside our control may occasionally affect service access.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate them clearly before they take effect.
